The Empower Management Programme is led by the Group L&D Management Development Team. It’s designed for all Managers across Sky who are new to management and have direct reports (bands 4-6).
To be eligible, you must have been promoted to management within the last 12 months.
This 16-week programme includes digital learning, virtual workshops, and face-to-face connect sessions.
The programme is divided into two main parts: Leading Yourself and Leading Your Team.
